Consumer behavior, product distribution, new sales channels are developing as quickly as the advances in supporting technology. Your products find their way into the hands of customers sandwiched between a mixture of flyers and interactive catalogs, tweets and traditional snail mail, and online shops and POS promotions. But do your customers know how to find their way to your product?

The number of distribution and sales channels available is growing almost monthly. And while multichannel marketing was merely a reference to print and e-commerce a few years ago (including several additional forms such as stores, platform sales, and e-catalogs, of course), over the last few months, further key communications platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Groupon and others have been added. But how do we go about managing and using these media? Which technical platform is the most suitable for addressing your target audience precisely? No sooner have you created the content for your iPhone or iPad, then a whole series of other new platforms enter the starting blocks (Palm/HP with WebOS and RIM with Blackberry Playbook), or see the light of day for the first time (Apple's iOS 4.3 and Google's Android 3.0 on the Motorola Xoom). We are all living in a fast-moving technological world, and we at Comosoft see ourselves as being your compass for finding a way through the maze of distribution and sales channels available. We are enhancing our LAGO Mobile with new channels on an ongoing basis and the planning for the support for various technological platforms are underway. So you have every reason to be excited. If you have any questions on this or any other topic addressed in this newsletter, we will be more than happy to advise and help you in any way we can.
